Jewellery Warranty

We guarantee that every item sold by Uwajh Jewels will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship at the time of delivery. If a manufacturing defect is discovered, we will inspect the jewelry and, at our discretion, repair or replace the defective item or component at no cost to you.

Every piece of jewelry undergoes multiple quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process and again before shipment to ensure it meets our high standards.

Our Warranty does not cover damage resulting from normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, loss of diamonds or gemstones due to impact or worn settings, theft, loss of the jewelry, or repairs that are necessary to maintain the jewelry over time.

Any repair, resizing, modification, polishing, engraving, or service performed by a jeweler other than Uwajh Jewels will void this warranty.

Examples of issues that are NOT considered manufacturing defects include:

• Scratches, dents, or surface wear resulting from everyday use.
• Discoloration of precious metals caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, cleaning agents, swimming pools, hot tubs, or other environmental factors.
• Natural wear of precious metals, including prongs that gradually thin, bend, or wear down with regular use.
• Loose or missing diamonds or gemstones resulting from accidental impact, worn prongs, improper care, or failure to maintain the jewelry.
• Broken chains, clasps, or settings caused by accidental force or misuse.
• Ring deformation due to pressure, heavy lifting, or physical activities.
• Loss, theft, mysterious disappearance, or intentional damage.
• Damage caused by fire, floods, natural disasters, or other external
  events.

We Recommend Insuring Your Jewelry

While our Warranty protects against manufacturing defects, it does not cover accidental loss, theft, or accidental damage. For additional peace of mind, we recommend obtaining jewelry insurance through your preferred insurance provider.

Jewelry insurance can provide valuable protection against Theft, Accidental loss, Accidental damage, Worldwide travel risks and Natural disasters.

Many insurance providers also offer replacement coverage based on the current value of your jewelry and access to professional repair services.

Caring for Your Jewelry

Proper care helps preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. We recommend that you:

•  Remove jewelry before sports, heavy lifting, gardening, or manual work.
• Avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, cosmetics, and household cleaners.
• Store each jewelry piece separately to minimize scratches.
