2. Products & Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, specifications, gemstone information, diamond characteristics, metal details, and prices are accurate. However, minor variations in color, appearance, measurements, and handmade finishing may occur.

3. Natural Gemstones & Lab-Grown Diamonds

Where applicable, products will clearly identify whether a gemstone is natural, treated, or lab-created, and whether a diamond is lab-grown. Product-specific certificates, disclosures, and specifications shall apply where provided with the product.

4. Pricing & Availability

All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing, product description, availability, or typographical errors. If an error materially affects an order, we may contact you before processing the order.

5. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is considered accepted when we confirm it for processing. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, product unavailability, or inability to verify payment or customer information.

6. Payment

Orders must be paid through the payment methods available at checkout. You authorize us or our authorized payment providers to process the applicable payment, including taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, subject to our ability to stop production or processing. Once production or shipping has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Custom & Personalized Jewelry

Custom, personalized, engraved, resized, or specially manufactured jewelry may have different processing, cancellation, return, or exchange conditions. Once production has commenced, cancellation may not be available. Any applicable terms will be communicated before or during the customization process.

9. Shipping & Delivery

We offer shipping services as stated on the Website. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by production schedules, carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

10. Returns & Exchanges

Eligible products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. Items must generally be new, unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, certificates, and accompanying materials. Certain services and customized products may be excluded.

11. Warranty

Our jewelry is covered by the applicable Uwajh warranty against qualifying manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, negligence, loss of jewelry or stones, or work performed by third-party jewelers. 12. Jewelry Care

Jewelry should be handled and stored properly. We recommend removing jewelry before swimming, exercising, showering, cleaning, or exposure to harsh chemicals, perfumes, lotions, and cosmetics. Damage resulting from improper care may not be covered by our warranty.

13. Intellectual Property

All Website content, including photographs, product images, text, logos, graphics, designs, videos, trademarks, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Uwajh and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially used without our prior written permission.

14. User Content
